Nick is a graduate of the University of Mississippi, where he obtained his undergraduate degree in Business Administration in 2003. He went on to graduate from Mississippi College School of Law with his Juris Doctor in 2006.
Nick has been a member of the Mississippi Bar for 15 years. Those years have been spent gaining experience in private practice. In 2012, he was elected as a Representative for District 2 in the Mississippi Legislature. He served in that capacity for 12 years while maintaining his status as a senior partner at Bain Bowen, PLLC.
Nicholas Bain

Richard graduated with his undergraduate degree in Social Studies Education and Political Science from Mississippi State University in 1972. He went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 1974.
Richard has been a member of the Mississippi Bar for 47 years. During that time, he has gained over 10 years of experience as an Assistant District Attorney as well as serving as a county prosecuting attorney. He also served as a Circuit Court Judge for the First Judicial District of Mississippi. He has worked as a Staff Attorney and Internship Director for the University of Mississippi School of Law. He has over 15 years of experience in private practice, both as a solo practitioner and with multi-lawyer firms. He has experience serving as municipal counsel and as counsel for government and utility boards.
Richard Bowen

Hilary is a graduate of the University of Mississippi class of 2018. She majored in Political Science and Psychology. She obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 2021.
Upon becoming a member of the Mississippi Bar in 2021, Hilary joined the firm as an associate attorney. Hilary was voted as Runner Up for Best Attorney of the Crossroads in 2022.
